We ask that you carefully consider the commitments required to caring for a dog, even temporarily, prior to filling out the application. Please fill out and submit the Foster application below. Once your application has been completed, the foster coordinator will contact you.

Have you read the foster home requirements & Policies?
By signing this application to be a foster home with Fur-ever Homes Rescue the foster understands that the rescue is the sole owner of any animal in the rescue. The agreement between foster and rescue can be terminated at any time by the rescue if foster fails to comply with any term.
It is the sole responsibility of the foster to read through the foster policies and adoption process.
Due to the nature of rescue, the organization is not able to guarantee the behaviour of any dog therefore cannot be held liable if proper precautions are not exercised at all times by the Foster home. Fosters are responsible for assuring their own animals are dewormed regularly and fully vaccinated, including Bordetella, to ensure they are protected.
Please Note: This application is only for fostering and approval to foster does not suggest that you would be approved to adopt. Please fill out an Adoption Application if you would like to adopt.
Please Note: A phone interview and home check may be required.
